We have an extremely efficient stock control system whereby all your goods are recorded on our online database which is accessible by you, so that you can order goods to be despatched when you need them, either as single items or as whole pallets. The process is simple and stress free. You can view photographs of your stock online and stay up to date with live stock levels. Once you put in an order and tell us where you want it to go and when, we pick, pack and weigh your goods, prepare them for transit and arrange transport. All stages of the process can be followed live on your account 24/7.

Most goods are on pallets, but we have useful stillages for smaller amounts that don’t justify a whole pallet. Larger items can be accommodated in secure containers.
You’ll never lose any items, and you’ll always know exactly what goods you have with our advanced online system. If you would like a specific method of coding, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
You can access our online system all day and all night, any time at all, to send instructions or check your stock levels. It’s easy to use and stress free!
Our costing is bespoke subject to what it is you are storing and how much you are storing, how often stock is likely to turn over (rate of goods in and out), whether it can be palletised and whether our pick, pack and send service is required. There is no specific volume we cannot receive. We have an unloading area with space for over five lorries. We have six forklifts including gas, reach and cherry pickers, all of which have extended forks to unload larger items.
Yes. When the goods arrive, we will inform you, code them in accordance with your desired coding system, check them and then upload the information to our online database. If it is a new product, we will photograph it and upload the picture for you to view.
Yes. If the goods are going abroad we load them onto 20ft and 40ft containers. We are also customs trained so can help you to get your goods to their destination wherever they are heading.
Yes. Our main depot is based next to Stansted airport, where we have three alarmed, dry warehouses with pallet racking, stillages and containers. We have two other warehouse sites, near Cambridge and Colchester. All fully alarmed and dry with forklift services available.
Yes. During business hours you can access the warehouses with a guide. Should you wish to remove goods this will be no problem.
We have courier contracts for the most economical delivery options along with our own selection of vans and lorries for larger deliveries. Next day and even same day delivery can be arranged within reason.
Yes. Collection is available from any location. If there is a need for collection from port for shipped goods, we can do that too. Unloading of containers from import is another service we offer.
Yes. We have a large number of fully trained and experienced staff who can provide various types of packing, including export wrapping if needed. Fragile packing is also available. If you want to provide your own packers and packaging we ask that you rent a packing area of the warehouse.
We do not store any dangerous or hazardous goods. We also cannot offer storage of temperature dependent goods (frozen) and we cannot store fresh, perishable goods outside their shelf-life. Storage of dry goods is available.
